Follow these steps to register and verify your Merchant (MC) account on the HPAY system.

Step 1: Register an Enterprise Account

Go to https://portal.hpay.com.vn/hpay/register/enterprise

• Select Enterprise

• Fill in all required fields (*)

• Inform the MC to activate the link sent to the registered email

• Complete OTP verification

Step 2: Log In and Verify Your Account

Go to https://portal.hpay.com.vn/hpay/login

• Log in to the HPAY system

• Verify your account and email

• Fill in profile details

• Upload required documents:

  • Image of Account Owner’s ID Card (CCCD)

  • Image of Business Registration Certificate (ĐKKD)

Step 3: Request Verification Approval

After you complete the verification process:

• Notify the HPAY team to review and approve your account verification

Step 4: Link a Bank Account

Once your account and email are approved:

• Go to Personal Information

• Register your bank account linkage

• Inform HPAY of the results so they can configure your fee settings

Step 5: Add MID (if applicable)

If your business uses a MID:

• Go to Payment Integration

• Add your MID information

• Fill in the two required (*) fields:

  • Website/Application Name: Enter your MC name as shown on your Business Registration Certificate

  • Service Type: Select Software/Application (choose this option to skip additional verification)

After completing this step, notify HPAY again so they can finalize your fee configuration.
